For all first timers to help with technique and a fun “follow-along” workout. For those who have completed fewer than 10 classes, or anyone looking to practice basic techniques.
For those who have a good knowledge of technique and are ready step up the intensity a notch. For those who have completed more than 10 classes.
For those who have a great knowledge of technique and are ready to push their body to the limit. For those that have completed 20 or more classes, these classes are maximum intensity for the entire hour.
