Kettlebells – Train your body with the power of kettlebells. We focus on utilizing kettlebells to build your strength and core.
Resistance Bands – Utilize a variety of resistances depending on your fitness level. We do just about any type of strength training exercise — chest presses, rows, shoulder presses, tricep extensions, bicep curls, squats and more — without the need for heavy weights.
TRX – TRX is a bodyweight exercise using TRX suspension straps that simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
Spin Bikes – A great way to get in an effective vigorous workout — burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape.
Weights – Increase strength through a full range of motion with dumbbells and barbells used to provide a great workout.
